TonWeb JavaScript library requires a provider URL: where can I get ones for MainNet and TestNet?

I'm working with the TonWeb JavaScript library. It requires a provider URL on init:

const providerEndpoint = 'https://PROVIDER-URL-HERE';
const tonweb = new TonWeb(new TonWeb.HttpProvider(providerEndpoint));

Where can I get a provider URL that I can use for MainNet? And one for TestNet?
