Are there TON explorers that can show on-chain NFT images?

Since it's expensive to store data on-chain, NFT image files are usually stored off-chain. But some people still prefer to store NFT images (at least very small ones) on-chain. There are TON explorers capable of showing NFTs in a certain wallet, but is any of them able to show the on-chain ones?

There are TON NFT explorers. For example, the following explorer is linked on the official TEP-62 NFT standard page:

As for explorers that parse on-chain data, I don't know of any. There are many ways to store data on-chain, but URLs are the most prevalent. Would be a cool project for anyone willing to try it!
