How to unwrap ERC20-based TON safely

I got some "wrapped TON" (ERC-20 TON equivalent) via Metamask and I want to "unwrap" it (turn it into regular TON coins). I wonder how to access the bridge safely. What's the safest way for "unwrapping"?
