Is there a privacy layer for dApps on TON that obscures both the dApps and the code for it?

I am looking for a plug-and-play privacy layer on top of TON that a developer can leverage to make their TON DeFi apps privacy preserving both for users and the codebases of smart contracts while ensuring accountability. For reference, I am thiking of protocols such as Mina and and Nulink have privacy compute abilities.

There is no such layer or toolkit. You would have to build such primitives yourself using the TON virtual machine and potentially FunC.
