Are there tools to monitor all smart contract deployment on TON?

Is it possible to programmatically monitor what smart contracts were deployed on TON on any given day? Not just general statistics "how much contracts were deployed", but their actual addresses.

I think in TON, 'paying gas' is the way for deploying the contract already.
